Use of the service
Rubber Ducky generates personalized cold emails based on lists you upload or import. You're responsible for the content of your lists, the accuracy of the contact data, and complying with applicable laws around outbound email (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
Credits
Plan credits reset every billing period and don't carry over. Top-up credits stay live for 30 days from the date of purchase, after which any unused balance expires; buying another top-up before the timer ends extends the whole top-up balance to a fresh 30 days. Every personalized email we generate consumes one credit at the moment of generation. Approval, rejection, or editing the draft afterward does not refund the credit. Regenerating a draft consumes one additional credit each time (web research is cached, so only the writing step is re-charged). All credit movements are recorded in the credit_ledger table.
Acceptable use
No spam, no harassment, no scraping personal data outside of legitimate B2B prospecting, no impersonation of others. Accounts violating these get suspended without refund.
Liability
Service provided as-is. We aim for 99.5% uptime and atomic credit accounting but make no warranties about deliverability, reply rates, or business outcomes. Maximum liability is the amount you've paid us in the prior 30 days.
